The cookstove oven was up to 300* or so. Can't waste an opportunity like that! So...
15 egg whites
1 can asparagus pieces (fresh would be better, of course, but it's under a foot of snow and out of season)
1 C milk
1 oz shaved Gruyere cheese
When I put it in the oven, it was up to 350*. Should cook up pretty fast!
